Do you offer a compliance guarantee?
We have made every effort to ensure that our resources meet the requirements of the training package for which they have been written. Unfortunately though we can’t guarantee that they will be found compliant by every auditor every time. Contextualisation is an important element of compliance and only you are in a position to understand the particular needs of your student cohort.
What we do offer, however, is a promise that we will work with you to challenge or rectify any issues that appear during an audit at no cost to you as long as you haven’t introduced compliance issues after purchase.
Can I order hard copies?
Generally, our resources are sold under licence. We provide files to you electronically (in Word format or .pdf) with permission for you to reproduce them or supply them to your students via your organisation’s LMS. You can also choose an e-learning option by contacting Didasko Learning Resources. However, if you would prefer hard copies we can certainly arrange that for you. Please get in touch for more information.
Do you provide TASs and lesson plans?
Our partners, RTO Works, have extensive knowledge and experience in providing support and advice to RTOs. You can order a range of TASs from them or they would be delighted to discuss the development of a bespoke TAS for your organisation.
